Can you include more than one pet?
Many of our designs can feature more than one pet. Check the options on the product page, or contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you make human portraits?
Our gifts are designed to celebrate pets. If you'd like to include a person, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what we can do.
Does it matter what's in the background of my photo?
Not much. What matters most is a clear, well-lit view of your pet's face. Open the photo guide on any product page for tips.
How is my gift made?
We prepare your design from your photo, then produce it on the product you chose. You'll get email updates as your order moves along.
Can I see my design before it's made?
Contact us after placing your order if you'd like to talk through your design. We'll let you know what options are available for your product.
Can I change the background color?
Where a product offers color or background options, you can choose them on the product page before adding to cart.
What if my photo is in black and white?
Black and white photos can work. Let us know your pet's real colors in a note, or contact us, so we can get the details right.
